1:1 Coaching and Corporate Workshops
We offer one-on-one mentorship for people moving into accessible tech careers. We also run half-day to multi-day workshops for organizations. Workshop topics include: embedding accessibility into Agile sprints, screen reader testing for QA teams, disability justice for design leads, and AI governance for product managers. Every session is recorded with closed captions and includes follow-up resources.
Most accessibility training is generic — a one-day compliance workshop that doesn't survive contact with a real sprint cycle. AccessiTech's coaching and workshops are practice-based: we work with how your team actually builds, and embed accessibility into the process rather than bolting it on at the end.
